Join us for an afternoon of fine dining and distinguished guests.

All Women’s Canadian Club of Calgary luncheons are held at the historic Fairmont Palliser Hotel. As a hallmark of the Calgary event calendar, our gatherings are held in the elegant Crystal Ballroom offering a unique opportunity to experience Alberta history in a world-class setting. To ensure a seamless experience for all members and guests at this premier downtown venue, please take note of our event schedules and policies below.

Membership & Guest Policy

To maintain the community spirit of our club, membership is required to attend our monthly luncheons. However, we warmly welcome non-members to join us during our special Guest Luncheons held in:

  • September (Season Kick-off)

  • December (Holiday Celebration)

  • June (Season Finale)

Please have your membership card ready to present at the door upon arrival.

Event Schedule

  • 11:15 AM | Wine & Sherry Reception: Join us in the foyer to connect with fellow members and guests before the main event.

  • 12:00 PM | Luncheon Service: Lunch is served promptly in the Crystal Ballroom.

  • 12:00 PM – 1:15 PM | Guest Speaker & Entertainment: Our keynote presentation runs concurrently with the meal, concluding by approximately 1:15 PM.

Seating & Reservations

  • Group Seating: To ensure your party sits together, please purchase all tickets for your group at the same time. While we strive to accommodate everyone, we are unable to guarantee specific seating requests otherwise.

  • Refund Policy: Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for missed luncheons.
