Cardiovascular Risks in Women’s Health
Dr. Todd Anderson gave us invaluable information regarding heart health and the U of C’s world renowned research. Heart disease is the largest cause of death for women. However, Dr. Anderson was clear in stressing that it’s “never too early or too late for prevention.”
Know your (medical) numbers, advocate for yourself, and do what you can with lifestyle modifications to minimize your risk.
